“suibun" is a dance piece that focuses on the transformations of water—liquid, solid, and gas—using Japanese onomatopoeia to embody the fluidity and dynamic nature of water. The performance expresses these changes through movement and sound, highlighting the relationship between language, the body, and natural phenomena.
In this performance, we combined the concept of the Heno Tanz “the art in daily life”to our suibun.
